Campaign Overview

Youth Assembly is one of the main programs of our organization where members,

participants, and different working groups come together to see what has been done,

what is going on right now, and what needs to move next.

The Board of Coordination (BOC) and Headquarters (HQ) teams stay closely involved

with district teams through visits and joint working sessions. These are not formal or

distant meetings. They are working moments where people sit together, talk about real

situations from the field, discuss problems, and figure things out together in a practical

way.

District teams are at the center of ground-level work. They work directly with participants,

organize activities, and manage on-site execution. Because of that, their experience and

feedback play a real role in shaping decisions and improvements.

During Youth Assembly, everyone comes together to share updates from their areas and

talk through what is actually happening. It is simple, direct, and focused on real work, not

formal reporting.

In the end, Youth Assembly is a way for everyone in the organization to stay connected,

understand each other’s work, and keep moving forward together instead of working in

isolation
